In my professional career I have worked as a Website Designer and generally have many years of hands-on experience; from the most basic table-based websites in the early days of HTML right through to present-day HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Wordpress and Responsive Website Design.

Coupled with my Website Design skills, I also have a deep interest in User Experience and I have worked to hone my skills in understanding best practices in usability and how users can and could interact with systems I have helped design and develop over the years.

As you can probably tell a majority of my experience is web-based though I have a number of skills within Graphic Design and enjoy Photography as one of my main hobbies.

From an early age I've been fascinated by Website Design and Graphic Design; absorbing knowledge from forums, books, videos and my fellow colleagues. I've also honed my skills during work placements and full-time employment, and frequently experiment with new ideologies and designs in my spare time.

One of my great passions is Photography. Some of my favourite places for Photography have been Dartmoor, Brixham and Wembury in Devon, Lyme Regis in Dorset as well as the Kentish coastal towns of Broadstairs and Deal.

I also like to critique other people's work for inspiration and to help develop and enhance my own skills.
